Beware of ski theft

Even when conditions are good, skis can be stolen and the edges can be damaged.
Ask your insurance company whether you're covered for theft and breakage of rented equipment.
If you are not covered, our shops offer a theft and breakage guarantee.

Don’t lose your skis.

Remember what they look like and if you can, memorise the barcode number.
Don’t forget that rental skis are not indestructible.
Please look after of them !

Theft is only taken into account if you make a statement to the police.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEFT AND BREAKAGE COVER

- If equipment is lost of stolen, the user will be asked to pay the cost of new equipment at the ongoing rate for the rental category – displayed in the shop.

- If there is damage, the user will be asked to pay a sum equivalent to 6 days additional rental.

- The rented equipment is the responsibility of the user throughout the rental period.

- Broken poles are at the customer’s expense if they have not taken out insurance for equipment. In this case, the user will be asked to pay a fixed sum of 8 euros per pole.

- The renter cannot be held responsible if an accident occurs.
